Executive Board

The Philly Black Pride Board of Directors is a group of dedicated individuals responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of Philly Black Pride (PBP), an organization that celebrates the cultural, social, and political contributions of Black LGBTQ+ individuals. The board works to ensure that PBP’s events, programs, and initiatives promote inclusivity, empowerment, and community engagement, while fostering a safe and supportive environment for Black queer and trans people in the Philadelphia area. Board members bring diverse expertise in leadership, advocacy, and community organizing to support the organization’s mission and vision.

The Philly Black Pride Honorary Board is a distinguished group of former Executive Board members who have made significant contributions to the organization's growth and success. This honorary body recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and service to Philly Black Pride (PBP) during their tenure as board members. Though no longer serving in an official capacity, these former leaders continue to offer valuable guidance, support, and advocacy for PBP’s mission of celebrating and empowering Black LGBTQ+ individuals. Their ongoing involvement honors their legacy and ensures that the organization remains grounded in its core values of inclusivity, community, and social justice.
