The Program Book is filled with the names and logos of our sponsors and advertisements from all businesses that purchase a space. This book is given to every registered participant of Philadelphia Black Pride and distributed throughout the city.

The appropriate formats for both print and web advertising are: .tif, .eps or .jpg (600dpi)
(Deadline for posting is April 1st,2013).
Pride Offcial Line-up of Event Package
To promote your events(3) in the official Philadelphia Black Gay Pride 2013 event line-up, a $300 event fee is to paid: A non-refundable deposit of $200 (two hundred dollars) is due on or before April 1 , 2013 and the balance must be paid in full by April15, 2013. Monies paid after April 15, 2013 will incur a late fee of $50.00.
- Benefits
1. PBGP will promote all parties/event(s) on the via print and viral.
2. PBGP will promote all parties/event(s) on the PBGP website, including the Promoter's official logo.
3. Provide 2 (two) complimentary tickets to the Opening Reception at the Philadelphia Ethical Society.
4. Year-long media support of all parties/events established by the promoter.
